Former United Star Pushing for NBA Opportunity

Former Melbourne United forward and current Denver Nuggets two-way player Jack White has been on a tear in the G-League recently and is pushing for a recall to the club’s main roster.

White – who won the NBL21 title as a part of an all-conquering United side – is currently representing the Grand Rapids Gold, but has represented the Nuggets 16 times over the course of the season.

In his last six games he has averaged 24.7 points and 11.8 rebounds per game, and has registered a double-double in four of those contests.

White has been a shining light when representing the Gold this season, while his Nuggets defeated Xavier Cooks’ Washington Wizards in their most recent game.

The reigning NBL MVP Cooks registered four minutes of court-time, as he continues to acclimate to the NBA after a gruelling NBL campaign.
