REPORT: Adelaide lands another Monsta signing

It’s been a massive week in the headlines for the Adelaide 36ers and it’s set to get even bigger, with News Corp's Michael Randall reporting the team has re-signed star import Montrezl Harrell.

The 31-year-old big man was outstanding during his first season in the NBL, putting up over 20 points and nine rebounds per game, which saw him rewarded with an All-NBL Second Team selection.

Harrell initially arrived in Adelaide before last season as an injury replacement, before the 36ers decided to keep the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year around for the rest of the season.

Harrell’s reported signing caps off an incredible last seven days for the club, who announced the multi-year deal of five-time MVP Bryce Cotton.

Harrell and Cotton are set to team up and reunite together, which is a long time coming from their battles during the powerhouse Big East Conference era in college.
