NBL Oz Gaming select 'Plu'

The Chicago, Illinois native spent last season with the Hornets Venom GT, the knockdown shooter made a major impact on the Vemon last season. 

Considered a top-five 3v3 power forward in the draft pool, he’s versatile playing both power forward and center. Plu is confident on the court, willing to take the ball and make a play for his team – a making him a unique prospect in this draft.

After selecting the player he wanted, Coach Mooty explained how excited he was to bring in Plu. 

“We are very excited to add Plu to our team," Mootyy said. 

“We were after a power forward and when Plu fell straight to us at 15, we could not be more pleased. We strongly feel like one of the best teams in 3v3 and our success in that mode will transition over to 5v5s with our new full team.

“Alongside Ceez, Bag(motion), Milo and Harry, we cannot wait to get started.”

In reaction to being drafted, Plu said he was both excited and nervous throughout the draft process. 

“I was so nervous, when they got to that 15th pick,” he said. 

“I got so excited when I saw “Plu” on the screen. My heart was so excited. My parents were nervous with me, but they were more excited than me."

Plu said that his biggest focus will be the 3v3 mode, providing his competitive strive to his new team.

“Compete, get better every single day. The rules haven’t changed, I’m looking to win a lot of money and be competitive in both modes."
