The Adelaide 36ers made waves earlier in the week when they signed defensive dynamo Bul Kuol to a two-year deal from the Sydney Kings.
The Hungry Jack’s NBL26 champion, who also represented South Sudan at the 2024 Paris Olympics, now looms as a massive addition for Mike Wells' side.
One who can attest to that is six-time MVP Bryce Cotton, who Kuol held to a season-low 7 points in Round 4.
“His [Kuol’s] addition is going to be huge,” Cotton said to NBL Media.
“And then, for me on a personal level, I'm just so happy he's not my problem anymore.
“He's the rest of the league's [problem].”
Kuol and Cotton are joined on the Sixers team next season by Zylan Cheatham, Flynn Cameron, Isaac Humphries, Nick Rakocevic, Isaac White and Ben Griscti.
