South East Melbourne vs Perth Wildcats to Proceed

Tomorrow’s game between South East Melbourne Phoenix and the Perth Wildcats at the State Basketball Centre will go ahead as scheduled.

Fans will not be able to attend the game in accordance with stage four restrictions announced by the Victorian Government.

NBL Commissioner Jeremy Loeliger said:  “As the Perth Wildcats were already in Melbourne we decided it was appropriate to go ahead with this game. We are working with the Victorian Government to find a way through this challenging situation and this is the first step as we look ahead to the NBL Cup.”

The game will tip off at 5pm AEDT and be broadcast live on SBS VICELAND, SBS On Demand and SKY Sport.
