Six-time NBL champion Damian Martin will join a star-studded commentary team for the 2020-21 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season set to tip-off this Friday.

Six-time NBL champion Damian Martin will join a star-studded commentary team for the 2020-21 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season set to tip-off this Friday.
 
Martin retired at the end of last season after winning six titles with Perth Wildcats and six Defensive Player of the Year awards. The Defensive Player of the Year award will now be known as the Damian Martin Trophy in his honour.
 
Martin will join experts including Andrew Gaze, Corey ‘Homicide’ Williams, Shane Heal, Liam Santamaria, Brad Rosen, Shawn Redhage, Cam Tragardh and Peter Hooley.
 
Dwayne Russell, John Casey, Lachy Reid, Matt Russell, Jack Heverin, Jenni Screen, Neroli Meadows, Louise Ransome, Jo Healy, Cam Luke and Jon Guarna will also be part of the commentary team.
 
Andrew Mulligan and Casey Frank will lead the SKY Sport commentary team for games played in New Zealand.
 
The 2020-21 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season will be broadcast live on SBS VICELAND, SBS On Demand, ESPN, SKY Sport and Twitch. It will tip off this Friday when the Adelaide 36ers play Melbourne United at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

Also returning this season is NBL Overtime, the league’s flagship mid-week talk show. Every Tuesday night join Cam Luke, Corey Williams and Liam Santamaria as they debate the NBL’s hottest topics and deliver the latest news. NBL Overtime airs every Tuesday night at 7:00pm AEDT live on ESPN, SBS On Demand and the NBL’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube pages.
 
A new podcast will also be launched for NBL fans this season as Liam Santamaria hosts ‘The Huddle’ presented by Wilson every Wednesday. Santamaria will be joined by a rotating set of experts each week to take a deep dive into the world of NBL. It will be available on the NBL’s Spotify and Apple Podcasts channels.
 
The Hungry Jack’s NBL Season will start this Friday. All tip-off times are AEDT.
