From A to Z: Adelaide’s final letter Is Zylan

Adelaide 36ers GM Matt Weston believes the Zylan Cheatham extension will be done "in the next couple of days".
The good news keeps coming for the Adelaide 36ers right now.
Mike Wells' side are riding high on top of the ladder, thanks to winning seven straight games.
Now their GM Matt Weston has confirmed reports from 9 News Adelaide's Will Crouch that their star forward Zylan Cheatham is close to re-signing with the club.
"It [the negotiations] is progressing really well, I think in the next couple of days it'll be done," Weston said via ABC Grandstand.
"I've spoken with Zee [Cheatham] and his lovely partner, Brena, about how they like [it here], because it's really important that Bree and their son [Zarrion] feel good. That's a big part and they love it here in Adelaide, it's a great place.
"He's enjoying the basketball here and he loves the guys and the guys love him.
"It's one of our things when you talk about culture, that we can come out and say we're re-signing a really big piece for the next couple of years.
"Not just one year, we're building, because the way I'm trying to map is how can take the most Bryce Cotton while he's here. [Zylan] is one of the key pieces."
Zylan Cheatham is a $374,600 forward in the NBL’s official fantasy game, Beat The Coach, presented by Choice Hotels. Take on Damon Lowery and Beat the Coach in any round of the NBL26 Season and you’ll receive an entry into the end-of-season $10,000 prize draw, including 1 x $5,000 cash and 1 x $5,000 Choice Hotels™ gift vouchers. Cheatham is having an outstanding season, averaging 12.5 points, 10.1 rebounds and 4.2 assists a game.
