REPORT: Dellavedova makes huge call

Sunday, April 6, 2025
Matthew Dellavedova was reported to have met with the Brisbane, Perth and Sydney, making his decision on Sunday.
Matthew Dellavedova is headed to the Sydney Kings on a multi-year deal, according to ESPN’s Olgun Uluc.
Dellavedova was reported to have met with the Brisbane Bullets, Perth Wildcats and the Kings, with the latter said to have won his services.
The 34-year-old has links to Brian Goorjian and Andrew Bogut in the national setup, and would join a star-studded roster, including already contracted stars Xavier Cooks, Bul Kuol, Jaylin Galloway and Shaun Bruce.
"Matthew Dellavedova has agreed to a multi-year deal with the Sydney Kings, sources told ESPN. He informed other teams of his decision this morning," Uluc tweeted.
Dellavedova was a key member of Melbourne United’s team that made it to the Championship Series across the past two seasons.
