Breakers add EuroLeague talent

The New Zealand Breakers have signed Rob Baker II on a one-year deal.
The New Zealand Breakers have completed their off-season signings by adding 6'11' forward Rob Baker II to their NBL26 roster.
Baker II, 27-year-old American-born, has had international basketball experience, last playing in the EuroLeague for Alba Berlin, and has appeared in Japan's B League, and the Slovakian Basketball League (SBL).
He has also appeared on the Orlando Magic's G League affiliate team, Lakeland/Osceola Magic, and the Atlanta Hawks' College Park Skyhawks.
“Rob Baker II is a versatile forward who will bring a significant presence to the team standing 6 ft 10 in (2.08 m),” Breakers President of Basketball Operations, Dillon Boucher said.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Rob to the Breakers family.
“His experience and talent will be a huge asset to our squad. His recent performances have shown he is a dynamic player, and we believe he will be an excellent fit for our team culture.”
Baker II will join Izaiah Brockington, Izayah Le'Afa, Rob Loe, and Reuben Te Rangi as part of the club's NBL26 signings.
