NBL talent shines in Summer League crescendo

There were plenty of strong showings on the final weekend at Summer League.
Current and former NBL stars left their mark over the weekend as the NBA Summer League nears its conclusion in Las Vegas.
Alex Higgins-Titsha finally hit the floor for Golden State on Sunday, Australian time, clocking 17 minutes and producing 6 points and 3 rebounds in his Summer League debut.
On Saturday, Sam Mennenga made the most of his 26 minutes for the Los Angeles Lakers, collecting 5 rebounds and handing out 3 assists.
Will Hickey was busy in 18 minutes for the Chicago Bulls, with 4 points, 2 assists and a rebound.
Elsewhere, Rocco Zikarsky made the most of his 14 minutes for Minnesota against Houston, delivering 8 points and 2 blocks in a strong Summer League showing.
Free Agent Akoldah Gak also impressed for Washington against New York, tallying 8 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in a well-rounded performance.
Former Next Star Rayan Rupert continued to impress for Portland, finishing with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in 25 minutes of action.
It was a whirlwind weekend for emerging Australian talent Reyne Smith, who dropped 17 points in 26 minutes for Denver on Saturday, before answering a late call-up from Washington on Sunday, adding 5 points in 18 minutes against New York.
