NBL names rising fast at Summer League

NBL stars are getting it done in Las Vegas.
A trio of NBL25 bigs made their presence felt at NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, while a pair of emerging Aussie guards delivered strong performances of their own.
Lachlan Olbrich, recently selected with the 55th overall pick by the Chicago Bulls, impressed with 12 points, 6 rebounds and a steal in a composed display.
Former Next Star Rocco Zikarsky saw limited court time for Minnesota, playing 9 minutes against Denver and fellow Brisbane teammate Tyrell Harrison. Still, he managed to fill the stat sheet with 4 points, 3 rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block in a promising cameo.
Harrison continued to build his case for an NBA opportunity, finishing with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal for the Nuggets. The 26-year-old’s momentum is building after multiple standout showings in Vegas.
Australian guards Tyrese Proctor and Johnny Furphy also impressed.
Proctor, the 49th overall pick by Cleveland, posted 12 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal against Milwaukee.
Furphy, selected 35th overall in last year’s draft, added 11 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal in a productive outing for Indiana against Oklahoma City.
The 2025 NBA Summer League starts from July 11, Australian time, with exclusive interviews and insights available on the NBL App and NBL.com.au.
