Limited tickets left for Blitz

Basketball fever has well and truly hit the Nation's capital, with tickets to Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s CODE Sports NBL Blitz games already sold out.

Less than 700 tickets remain for Wednesday and Thursday, with fans urged to act now and secure their seats to avoid missing out.

The incredible interest highlights the huge demand for basketball in Canberra.

“This is a testament to basketball fans in Canberra and surrounding areas who continue to show their passion for the NBL and the sport in general,” NBL Group CEO, David Stevenson said.

“Interest is booming in the ACT and we can’t wait for everyone to experience NBL action from Wednesday through to Sunday.”

Tip-off on Wednesday night features a double-header with the Cotton-less Perth Wildcats up against a new-look Melbourne United, hungry to go one better after back-to-back near misses. Then the Adelaide 36ers will roll out Cotton, with the five-time MVP playing for his new side against the reigning champion, Illawarra Hawks.
