Knee injury sidelines Bullets star

Brisbane skipper Mitch Norton will miss the next eight weeks, after sustaining a knee injury against New Zealand.
The Brisbane Bullets will be without one of their stars for the foreseeable future, due to an injury sustained in Round 1.
The club revealed on Thursday via their social channels that captain Mitch Norton will be sidelined for eight weeks, after being diagnosed with a tibial plateau contusion, after he hyper-extended his knee during Brisbane's opening round victory in New Zealand.
Imaging also confirmed no significant structural damage to Norton's left knee.
Brisbane also announced that 57-game NBL veteran Tad Dufelmeier, who's played with both Cairns and Adelaide, will join the organisation as their Injury Replacement Player.
Brisbane plays Cairns on Friday night, in the first Queensland clash of the Hungry Jack's NBL26 season.
The Round 2 match tips off on Friday night at 7.30pm AEST, live on ESPN.
