It's game on: NBL & 2K Games renew partnership

The NBL and 2K Games are excited to announce the renewal of their partnership for the Hungry Jack’s NBL26 season.

The collaboration will continue to celebrate the growing culture of Australian basketball, putting the world of the game directly in the hands of Aussie fans through the highly anticipated NBA 2K26.

The partnership aims to deliver a more localised experience for the Australian audience and grow the game of basketball across the country. Fans can look forward to representing their favourite NBL teams in NBA 2K26 in the future, when NBL jerseys will be made available for their MyPLAYERs in-game at a later date. Players can take control and play as former NBL Next Stars players, now starring on NBA teams, like Josh Giddey, LaMelo Ball, and Alex Sarr.

This year’s edition challenges players to prove that it’s "ball over everything" in modes like MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and MyNBA. The game will also allow players to Unite Stars in MyTeam, collecting legends and current players to build their ultimate squad.

The Superstar Edition, featuring NBL Next Stars ambassador Carmelo Anthony on the cover, celebrates the link between global basketball stars and rising talents. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander graces the standard edition cover, while Angel Reese adorning the cover on the “Leave No Doubt” edition.

NBA 2K26 is available now and the Hungry Jack’s NBL26 season has tipped off.
