The Illawarra Hawks have signed Jonah Bolden on a one-year deal.

The Illawarra Hawks have added experience to their already stacked roster, with the acquisition of 29-year-old Jonah Bolden, signing with the Illawarra Hawks.

Bolden spent last season with the New Zealand Breakers, having come out of retirement the year prior to join the Sydney Kings. He was the 36th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft with the Philadelphia 76ers, and also made an appearance with the Phoenix Suns.

"Jonah is a world-class talent with a unique blend of size, skill, and experience. His journey through elite leagues around the globe speaks volumes about his adaptability and competitiveness. We’re excited to welcome him to the Illawarra Hawks and believe he’ll be a key piece in our push for success this season," Hawks General Manager of Basketball, Mat Campbell said.

Bolden most recently played in Puerto Rico with new Hawks teammate JaVale McGee for Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN).
