Hawks ink rising star for NBL26

The Illawarra Hawks have signed Jackson Ball on a one-year deal.
The Illawarra Hawks are set to bolster their NBL26 roster with the signing of 17-year-old rising star Jackson Ball, who joins the club as a Development Player on a one-year deal.
The NBL25 champions had been monitoring the New Zealand-born talent closely and moved quickly to secure his signature following an impressive showing at the U19 World Cup.
“Jackson is a player we've been tracking for some time," Hawks General Manager of Basketball, Mat Campbell said.
“He brings a great mix of skill and potential, and we believe our system is the perfect environment for him to take the next step in his basketball journey."
Ball joins Kobe McDowell-White and Luca Yates as Development Players for NBL26.
