Cadee's concerns for Adelaide

"My only worry is how they bring it all together. They don't really have a natural point guard."
A former King and 36er, perhaps no one is more qualified to talk about the recent off-court drama surrounding his former teams than recently-retired veteran, Jason Cadee.
Cadee played alongside Montrezl Harrell and Kenric Davis last season in Adelaide and knows only too well what both players provide both on and off the floor.
He says the spat between Davis and the 36ers, and Harrell’s recent comments on Davis’ handling of his departure have made for compelling viewing when the sides meet for the first time.
“Trezz is probably now crowd favourite even more and KD is probably going to be the crowd villain ... I know people would already be circling the calendar, I think someone told me it's October 11th - their first game in Adelaide,” he told NBL Now.
“Trezz is just a lot of personality. He's always the loudest in the room. But he was someone I always found that I could talk to on different levels. And then KD is just really relaxed. He's a really quiet guy, sticks to his own at times. And as I said, he's still that young, kind of trying to find his way overseas. So it'll be interesting for him this year.”
With five-time NBL MVP Bryce Cotton joining his old side at the 36ers, Cadee has high hopes for their championship chances, but remains curious as to how it’s all going work.
“My only worry is how they bring it all together. They don't really have a natural point guard. They got Bryce and DJ (Vasiljevic) who are natural off-the-ball scorers. I mean, Bryce and DJ can score it in multiple ways, but they're not naturally points,” he commented.
