"Thank you, Tacko. Here's to the NBL's biggest big-man!"

The New Zealand Breakers have farewelled import Tacko Fall, taking to social media to thank him for his services to the club.

Fall was signed by the Breakers for their NBLxNBA tour in September and eventually replaced Freddie Gillespie as a full-time rostered player midway through the Hungry Jack’s NBL25 Season.

The 229-centimetre big was a commanding presence in the paint for New Zealand, quickly becoming a fan favourite.

He made a total of 18 appearances, averaging 11.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks a game.

“Thank you, Tacko. Here's to the NBL's biggest big-man! Your presence, passion, and larger than-life spirit have left a lasting impression on everyone, inspiring fans and teammates alike,” the Breakers said via X.

“Wishing you nothing but success for your next chapter.”
