The Melbourne talent suffered the injury during Monday’s clash with the Raptors in Toronto, with a subsequent MRI by the club confirming the right knee injury.
Furphy, who has started 21 games this season, was averaging 5.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game, while shooting 47 per cent from the field.
The Pacers are currently 15th in the Eastern Conference, with a 13-40 record.
