NBL1 North welcomed two new faces over the weekend with Perth’s Jarred Bairstow suiting up for the Sunshine Coast Phoenix and New Zealand’s Will McDowell-White playing for Red City just days after re-signing with the Breakers.

Despite dealing with the heartache of losing the NBL21 Championship, Bairstow still put in a solid performance for the Phoenix in the nine-point loss to Mackay.

With the NBL21 season coming to a close during the week, fans can expect to see the final round of NBL players come into the league over the next few weeks, with Melbourne United and Perth Wildcats set to lead the influx.

Fans can catch every NBL player in NBL1 live and free by heading to NBL1.com.au and the NBL App on game nights, while following NBL1 on social media will give fans access to all the latest news and highlights.
