NBL x NBL1 Finals Player Watch

The highly anticipated NBL1 Finals tipped off this weekend in NBL1 West and NBL1 Central, with NBL1 North to commence on Saturday. 

After getting acquainted with his new team, the Tasmania JackJumpers, Jack McVeigh flew back to South Australia to suit up for the North Adelaide Rockets in their do-or-die elimination final match-up with the Southern Tigers. 

McVeigh led the way for the Rockets in the overtime win with 26 points, 15 rebounds and four assists. 

Over in the west, Andrew Ferguson guided his Perry Lakes Hawks to a preliminary finals berth with a win over Tom Jervis’ Rockingham. 

Ferguson finished the game with 22 points and eight rebounds while Jervis notched up a double-double with 17 points and 15 boards.
