Talking points

History isn’t kind

The Brisbane Bullets have been one of the stories of the season, seemingly shaking off years of misfortune in just eight rounds.

But now they face their biggest test yet: a Melbourne United side they have beaten just once in their past 18 meetings.

Will Weaver’s team held on for a big win on Wednesday, and their confidence will be sky high, but they’ll need to find a way to slow down a United outfit that is also feeling very good about itself.
