Gary Browne fined

The Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League advises the Game Review Panel has handed down the following sanction to South East Melbourne Phoenix player Gary Browne.

Browne was charged with striking during the game against the Adelaide 36ers last Friday night.

The incident was assessed as a $1010 fine, reduced to $700 with an early guilty plea.

The panel deemed the incident as intentional, low contact and low impact.

Browne has accepted the early guilty plea.
