Brisbane stars Javon Freeman-Liberty and Tyrell Harrison will both miss the club's clash with Adelaide on Sunday through injury.

The Brisbane Bullets' injury toll has continued to grow ahead of the club's crucial Round 15 clash with Adelaide on Sunday.

Import Javon Freeman Liberty (hamstring) and big man Tyrell Harrison (concussion) both sustained injuries during the club's recent loss to Perth and have been ruled out of the clash with the 36ers.

This pair will be replaced in Darryl McDonald's squad by Callum Dalton and Jensen Bradtke for the Brisbane Entertainment Centre fixture.

Freeman Liberty and Harrison now join the injured Casey Prather (knee), Dakota Mathias (shoulder) and Taine Murray (ankle) on the sidelines for the Bullets.

"It [the injury toll] is scary, but this is what we're dealing with and it's something that we've dealt with all year," Bullets coach Darryl McDonald said.

"Injuries have been a problem for us and I want these guys to play, and I want them to play hard, but there's a physicality to the game that takes it out of you.

"I look at someone like Norto [Mitch Norton] and he is someone that wears his heart on his sleeve, and if I can get everybody on that same page we may give ourselves a chance.

"That's the main thing and we just have to put a game plan together, try to stick to it and see if we can come up with a win."

Sunday's fixture tips off at 4.30pm AEDT, live on ESPN and 10 Drama.
