Australian big man Duop Reath is reportedly set to sign with the Phoenix Suns for the 2026-27 NBA season.

Australian Boomer Duop Reath will reportedly suit up for a new team during his fourth year in the NBA.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, the former Illawarra Hawk has signed a deal with the Phoenix Suns for the 2026-27 NBA season.

Charania reports Reath will add frontcourt depth to the Suns, with centre Mark Williams expected to be sidelined for several months due to a shoulder injury.

Reath, who helped the Boomers win a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, has spent the past three seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers.

During that time, Reath made 146 appearances (and 20 starts) for the Blazers, where he averaged 6.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1 triple per game.

Reath's lone NBL season was with the Hawks during the 2022-23 campaign, where his 15.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.6 blocks guided Illawarra to the Playoffs.
