NBL25 champion Hyunjung Lee is one step closer to achieving his NBA dream after signing a deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.
The former Illawarra Hawks sharpshooter has inked a non-guaranteed contract with the Blazers with an invite to training camp, the player's agency Epic Sports said Monday.
The 25-year-old's one-year Exhibit 10 deal could also see Lee spend time with Portland's G League affiliate, the Rip City Remix.
Epic Sports said Lee had hoped to sign a two-way contract at the onset but added the Exhibit 10 deal will be "an important starting point" for the guard to potentially begin an NBA career.
Lee spent two seasons with the Hawks, where he averaged 7.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists, while hitting 37.7 per cent of his triples.
Most recently, the Korean international played for the San Antonio Spurs in the 2026 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, before attending NBA mini camps for the Boston Celtics and the New Orleans Pelicans.
Lee has also played for Santa Cruz in the G League (2022-23) and in the Japanese B.League, with Osaka Evessa (2023-24) and Nagasaki Velca (2025-26).
