The NBL and Bunnings have teamed up for a nationwide competition giving young basketball fans aged 8 to 15 the chance to win the ultimate game-day experience.
The National Basketball League (NBL) and Bunnings have teamed up to launch Courtside Access by Bunnings, a nationwide competition giving young basketball fans aged 8 to 15 the chance to win the ultimate game-day experience.
Winners will score the best seats in the house, step onto the court to shoot hoops, and meet some of their NBL heroes at selected games across Australia and New Zealand. Each winner can bring along their own ‘starting five’, four friends and two guardians, to share in the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The initiative is supported by Courtside Access ambassador and former AFL star Dan Gorringe alongside NBL Next Star Dash Daniels, who said the experience will help inspire the next generation of players.
“It wasn’t too long ago I was one of these kids, sitting courtside with your friends and meeting your idols is an unreal opportunity,” Daniels said.
Now in its sixth year as an official NBL partner, Bunnings continues to back the sport’s incredible growth, with basketball now ranked as Australia’s second most popular team sport.
To enter Courtside Access by Bunnings, parents or guardians can visit bunnings.com.au/courtsideaccess and explain in 50 words or less why their child deserves the experience.
