The Australian Boomers head to Manila to face Syria and Jordan in a crucial FIBA World Cup 2027 Asian Qualifiers window.

The Australian Boomers are set to take on Syria and Jordan in the next round of FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers on August 28 and 30 (Australian time), respectively.
Currently undefeated from six games in the qualifying phase, the Boomers now join a group alongside Iran, Jordan, New Zealand, Philippines and Syria.

Australia needs to finish top three in its group to advance to qualify for the FIBA World Cup in Qatar, scheduled for 2027.
The next round of games will be hosted in Manila, Philippines.
