Talking points

100 games for Tatum

On Friday, Justin Tatum will become just the fifth Hawk to coach 100 games at the club, following in the footsteps of Brendan Joyce, David Lindstrom, Gordie McLeod and Rob Beveridge.

His time in the League has powered Illawarra to one of their most successful periods, highlighted by guiding the club to the NBL25 championship.

Expect the Hawks, who are undefeated at home this season, to rise to the occasion for their Head Coach.

Tassie continue to find a way

Despite a mounting injury toll, the Tasmania JackJumpers are 3-1 heading into Round 4 of the NBL27 Season.

Their last two victories have been tough, grind-it-out affairs against Melbourne and Brisbane, in true JackJumpers fashion.

Fuelled by Taran Armstrong’s wizardry on offence and Will Magnay’s resolve on defence, expect Tasmania to be in every game, and Friday should be no different.
