Breakers and Weeks Part Ways

After three seasons at the club, Jarrad Weeks and the NZ Breakers have agreed to a mutual release from his contract.

"I’ve had an amazing three years with the Breakers and we have met some incredible people in that time. It has been an extremely tough year for this organisation and everyone has had to make large sacrifices in order to make this season happen.

My family and I have had a very tough season off court and it’s become time for me to focus on my family. I wish the Breakers organisation, its sponsors and the amazing fans who have stuck by this club throughout the year all the best."

The Breakers have also confirmed that Tai Webster will be suiting up tonight's clash against the Wildcats in Launceston.
