Boom Brisbane Bullets recruit Aron Baynes is reportedly in doubt for this weekend's pre-season fixtures against Melbourne United.

Newscorp's Matt Logue has reported Baynes rolled his ankle at training this week and "won't play in Brisbane's opening pre-season clash against Melbourne United in Ballarat on Thursday".

The Bullets backup against Melbourne on Saturday night at Casey Stadium.

Baynes signed with the Bullets in July and has already had a huge impact on the team's culture and standards, according to coach James Duncan.
