Australian duo Matisse Thybulle and Duop Reath have helped the Portland Trail Blazers to an impressive 103-95 NBA win.

Boomers pair Duop Reath and Matisse Thybulle have enjoyed solid scoring games to help Portland to a surprise 103-95 NBA win at Cleveland.

The Australian duo combined for 42 minutes of court time on Thursday night (Friday AEDT), with Trail Blazers centre Reath registering 13 points, two rebounds and two assists.

Thybulle contributed 10 points and two boards in their second straight impressive road win this week.

It was rookie Reath's highest-scoring night from his nine NBA appearances as he averages 7.6 points per game.

The Blazers came in just 5-12 overall and 3-7 away from home before rallying to stun the Cavaliers, who had a massive letdown following a solid 23-point win over the Atlanta Hawks last time out in the NBA's In-Season Tournament.

On Monday, Portland won 114-110 at the Indiana Pacers.

Shaedon Sharpe had a game-high 29 points, going 11 of 15 from the field, and added 10 rebounds for the Blazers, who scored 12 straight points in the fourth quarter to separate from the Cavs after trailing by six points at halftime.

Portland were down by 12 midway through the third before using a 16-3 run, capped by Thybulle's short putback, to take a 74-73 lead.

The teams were tied at 83-all before the Blazers went on their game-deciding run, which Reath capped with a three-pointer from the corner with 6:09 left.

Donovan Mitchell scored 23 points and Evan Mobley 20 for Cleveland (10-9), while All-Star point guard Darius Garland had 15 points but committed eight turnovers.

Elsewhere, the Brooklyn Nets were still missing injured Australian Ben Simmons and were beaten at home 129-128 by the Charlotte Hornets, while the New York Knicks saw off the Detroit Pistons 118-112.
