United Release Development Player

Melbourne United have released development player Josh Duach ahead of the NBL24 season after just one season of an initial two-year deal.

The 20-year-old appeared in four games across the NBL23 season following a solitary season representing the Iona Gaels in the NCAA.

United did hold an option to convert Duach’s contract into a fully rostered position ahead of next season but elected to release the forward.

He scored his first career points in United’s Round 6 victory over local rivals South East Melbourne.
