Adelaide secures Championship Series berth

The Adelaide 36ers are the second team into the Hungry Jack’s NBL26 Championship Series after defeating South East Melbourne 2-0 in their Playoff Series.

Their spot was secured by defeating the Phoenix 108-96 on Tuesday evening at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

Leading the way in the win was Bryce Cotton (38 points), Dejan Vasiljevic (27), Nick Rakocevic (14) and Isaac Humphries (13).

This marks the 36ers first Championship Series since 2017-18 season, where they lost to Melbourne United 3-2.

Adelaide will now Sydney in the 2025-26 Championship Series, with Game 1 tipping off at 7pm AEDT on Saturday, live on ESPN and 10 Drama.
